Cancelled enginer so l would like to know when l,m going to get my 60 pound back was told 3 to 5 working days you ve ha 5 days and money has not been returned back to my account mr Robert Lewis

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Can you explain what you mean by cancelled engineer and what the refund is for?

Note that yesterday and Monday were/are bank holidays so you might be looking at Tuesday now,
