Refer a friend email

I was referred by a friend to sky and received a voucher. I used the voucher at H&m for £22 approximately out of £75 voucher. I have since lost the email from H&M and cannot get it sorted from them. They tell me because Sky issued the voucher I have to ask them to resend it. I can't get through to them on phone so I'm hoping someone will respond from here. Thanks

The 'voucher' is normally send via email to you from Sky. I'm not sure what email from H&M you've lost?

Have you looked for this email in your bin or trash folder ?

I'm not sure what Sky can do however there  is an email address you can use to contact Sky about this that can be found under "Any Questions":
