Hi,
I've been with sky for a good 3 months, I got introduced to by my friend, we both have not had our rewards dispite seperatly contacting sky/edenred.
A month ago I contacted sky rewards team about it, they said sorry give it 3 working days, if no email the gentleman said he would call back at alloted time to check - he didn't.
Called again, spoke a lady, spent an hour on the line while she checked what was going on said I should hear back in 48 hours - guess what no call back.
Phoned AGAIN, spoke to a "manager" of the department said he will look into and again someone would contact me - shock horror, nothing.
I phoned last week, this time the complaints department, i was told someone would respon in 5 working days. Well can you all guess the theme? That's right over 5 working days now and still no contact or update on anything.
I have also contact edenred, the gentleman there had no record of me on their system and said it must be with sky still.
So all in all I must have spent 5 hours at this point in the phone in total to be constantly lied to by EVERY customer service rep in the company. I know Virgin have there faults, but at least they did get back to me and offered compensation, Sky offers you nothing just lies about contacting you. Even their rewards are a lie, not even provided by them. I regret joining sky now worst customer service i have ever dealt with.
If any employee reads this would be interested if anything is done as I now looking to take this further outside the company.
