Refer A Friend Voucher

I received my email as did my daughter giving us a link to follow to our voucher, unfortunately since then, nothing. Despite numerous emails to the refer a friend email address, still nothing. All I get is, am I sure my ID is linked to my email address, yes I am most certainly sure! Then next solution, give us a new email address so we can try a new voucher! I've been a Sky customer for over 20 years and thought I would recommend my daughter and get a voucher in return, I honestly wish I hadn't bothered. She wanted to go with a different provider and with all of the hassle this has caused, now I know why. Sky has gone down in my estimation, into longer cares about the customer. You can't speak to someone, just have to have email conversations with someone who doesn't seem to understand you

Did you try that, as customers here then there isn't anything more we can suggest if you are in communication with them.
