Reenstating account

After paying an outstanding bill, my account is not being reenstated, and Im being asked to pay the bill again in my account, even though I've approved the transaction and it went through. It keeps going in circles and no wording, short or long seems to land with the chat bot , which sends me links that are not relevant to resolving this.

How late in paying were you? If it's more than two weeks, Sky will require you to pay next month's bill in advance, before reinstating your services.
