Reduce to pakage

Is it possible to reduce my tv package in the following circumstances, without giving 31 days notice:

1) I am already out of the min contract term

2) I'm in the 31 day notice period to fully cancel my subscription

e.g. Sky cinema, sky sports, extra sky q box, Disney, Netflix etc.
