My father can't talk o. The phone to solve himself. Been told put of contract.currently paying over £100 for sky sports and sky sign nature. . I can't get this resol ed. Spoke to agent last week.
Been told to take multi room of and a envelope would be sent to send back sky box
Also could on ly reduce to £66
Despite being out of contract can't classify as new customer

If he has health issues that might (amongst other things) affect his ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at the related links here… ~

So he/you has cancelled Multiscreen which means any mini boxes he may have will need returning.
Also could on ly reduce to £66
That sounds a more than reasonable price reduction.

Correct. Customers have to be away from Sky for 12 months before they're classed as a new customer.
