Receving unwanted Sky Statement’s

Hi

For some strange reason, I started to receive Sky Statements in the post from April 2025. I did not request them. I have only requested that I receive communication via E-Mail.

Has anyone else had this problem? I can't seem to find any information to contact Sky to stop this.

They are just really annoying & a waste of paper. I have the App so don't need them sent to me.

Thank You

Thank You Daniel

That was the first place I checked. All fine. It's just so annoying.

@Ann-Marie4

Are you being charged for them as Sky does charge a small fee for paper payments ?

All very odd then, if you would like we could escalate your post to Sky's messaging team who can contact you via a private message on here about this ?

Re: Receving unwanted Sky Statement’s

Hi

That would be great if you could do that. I seem to be going round in circles.

As I said, I only started getting them from April 2025.

I just feel its duplication & a waste of money.

Many Thanks

@Ann-Marie4

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
