Re-activate

Hello, my service is blocked due to not paid , however I paid 2 weeks ago and cleared my outstanding Balance, but until now it's still blocked and no re-activeted

Have you reset-up your direct debit or continuous card payment details on your account, which is also a pre-requisite to having services re-instated?

If you were more than 2 weeks late paying your last bill, you'll have to settle the next one early. You also need to re-setup your monthly direct debit or card payment.
