I have just received notification to cancel my sky glass request and sky.... not sure why? Tried calling no luck can someone please call me?

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

No one will call you as a result of your post. No one will know who you are as any Sky account isn't linked to your Community log-in name. You'll need to initiate contact so what's happening when you call Sky?

Have you just ordered? It's most likely because you've failed the second, more detailed credit check. As @Daniel0210 posted you'll need to call Sky.
