Ok I messaged sky on chat and they haven't fixed my name to John Thomas to my first name and brown for my last name it says just John brown which am not okay about am actually really angry and upset about this it is a disgrace and the sky person Jamie at Braehead kept calling me male terms when I stated I don't use those terms it wasn't ok at all
