I've cancelled my subscription tv and broadband why have I been billed again

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
I've moved your post from the thread you'd added to on the Mobile board.
Just a reminder that billing continues through a notice period and as bills are generated 14 days prior to a payment date it's quite possible another bill payment will be required. Of course any overpayment will be reimbursed to you.

Billing continues up Neil you leave so
what date was your final day with Sky and what the date of this bill as once it has been paid you shiuld see this overpayment appear as a credit that you can contact Sky about so they can refund it to you.
