Why is it so difficult to be able to talk direct by phone to sky? My tv screen says no satellite signal!! I've gone through all the on-screen instructions but still no joy! I'm paying for something I'm not getting! I was told that a technician would call me to book an appointment but that was three weeks ago! Very disgruntled customer!!
