I've been charged twice for my monthly bill and it is showing as credit on my account. Am I able to request a refund please ? Thanks

The only reason you will have been charged twice is if you manually made a payment which will explain why you are seeing a credit, so if this is what happens what date is your next billing date ?

@caesarome  yeah I made a manual payment on the 22nd of this month forgetting I'd set up a reoccurring payment for the 24th of every month so that also came out today which means I've paid twice. My account is showing as in credit and my next bill is due on the 24th of December.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
