It doesn't work like that. You, the customer pays the early termination fees and Sky subsequently reimburses you by way of a credit being added to your Sky account.

 

Sky will credit back up to £200 for broadband and up to £100 for TV. Please read below about Sky switching credit...

You must provide a copy of the bill from your current provider where you have been charged the early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have now paid it. You need to send this to Sky by email to switchingcredit@sky.uk
