REFUND - NEW ADDRESS - HELP

I received an email with a refund - called and put in my account number, but they're sending the cheque to my old address. What do I do?

Call again and ask them to send it to the correct address?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It was one of those automated recordings - no option to speak to a person to discuss.

Try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot and reman on the line.

Thank you - I couldn't find their number anywhere and it was driving me mad!
