@Stephenwright assuming you have set up a direct debit there is no question of fraud as you have given authority for payments to be made thecworse casecisxan error. One possible explanation is that the credit was posted to your account after the dd was processed which happens 2 weeks before it is paid. If you want a refund call Sky and ask for it do not use accusations like fraud as that only causes offence.
