@gibbo369  We are all customers here, we have no access to your account.  Any request to downgrade take 31 days notice, you should receive confirmation of any changes.

Skys billing isn't live so any changes like.cancelling a package are not removed straight away and billing will continue as normal until the package has been cancelled. If you have then overpaid a credit should then appear which will be used to pay or part pay a future bill,
