On 28th Nov 25 I was promised £15 off my bill because of the constant delay in setting up the Broadband. Still Waiting !
On 18th July 26 Nick (Bulgarian agent ) said that I'd have a month off my broadband service because of poor service plus an engineer appointment that hadn't been booked properly for 17th July 26 and I waited in all day for nothing ! Still waiting !
