Problems with trying to change payment method

Hello.  I have been trying to change my payment method online for my broadband as I have changed credit card but each time I click on review payment method (I have tried about 15 times over the last 3 days), it says 'sorry, something has gone wrong' please try later.  I saw a few other people had posted this too, but haven't seen a resolution. Would be grateful for any advice. Thanks

Have you tried calling Sky to see if they can change it for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

@caesarome, Thank you for your quick response and help. I had tried the online factsheets/help and virtual assistant but now just called and sorted.
