Problems with moving house as neither my or my wife account appear to be linked as the primary accou
I am moving house in 9 days and would like to take sky with me but both my account and my wifes account is not allowing me to do so saying that neither of us are the primary account holders despite the fact that i have been paying the bills for the last 17 years.
Who can i message to sort this out via email or phone number?

You need to call Sky - you have to give at least 14 days notice so you may be without services for a while.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
