My credit card company reissued my card with a new number. Informed Sky and they updated it for my TV package but still have the old number for Broadband/Talk and have emailed to say that account is now overdue. Accessed 'My Account' which shows the bill as Paid but has the old Credit Card number. He tried several times to update with the new card details but just get message 'Sorry something has gone wrong. Please try again later'. Have tried multiple times but still get the same message. Cannot reply to the Overdue Account email as it is a 'No reply' email. How do I contact Sky to sort this?
