Unless you’ve recently changed your subscription, prices increase due to either the annual price increase (April in the UK), your discounts have ended, or a combination of the two.

Sky will have told you the date any discount was ending when you took it out so if it has ended you’ll be paying the full undiscounted price.

If that’s the case perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.

If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.

Significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so don’t expect anything close to a new customer deal.

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that in 18/24 months time you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.

Your post on another thread has been moved to this one you started. If you're in a minimum term discounted deal the T's and C's state you can't cancel unless Sky agree and if the do, then you'd need to pay the remainder of your discounts in one payment.

By the way, in case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
