Price rise
My discount ends and the price goes up from £29 to £45. This is not acceptable

Re: Price rise
Ok, but you are only telling other customers so give Sky a call to see if they will offer you another disciunt and if they do it will mean starting a new contract.

It's what you agreed. Your discounts only last for a set period, usually 24 months.
Sky will have told you the date a discount was ending when you took it out so once it has ended you’ll be paying full price.
The best new discounts are still normally obtained by contacting Sky and negotiating and/or amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.
Significant discounts are harder to get these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the same offer is likely to be unavailable when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new Sky customer so don’t expect anything on a par to a new customer deal.
See this link…

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that at the end of their minimum term you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.
