Price reduction

I need to reduce my monthly payment but sky seem reluctant to help. Been with sky for a long time and they increase my monthly fee on a regular basis without justification. Anyone else having this problem?

I suspect that's not true.

You don't say whether you are currently in a minimum term.  If so, they are not obliged to provide a better price.

You may be able to remove items.  If you are not in a minimum term then negotiate or leave.

@Teddyboy2  Prices will only increase for 2 reasons, annual price rise and discounts ending.  I doubt kKy are just putting them up without justification and certainly won't be doing it on regular basis.

If Sky are unable to offer you a discount you're happy with perhaps it's time to shop around?

@Teddyboy2 Prices increase for 2 reasons, 1) the annual price increase 2) the discounts as part of your minimum term contract have ended.

If you outside your minimum term contract then you can negoitiate with Sky to try and get a better deal. The only variable part of bills on a monthly basis would be related to phone calls that sit outside your included usage as part of a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk package.

Worth noting if you are inside a minimum term contract, Sky do reserve the right to not allow you to remove parts of it, as you agreed to the 24 month contract as part of receiving discounts.

Then you may well be paying the 'out-of-contract' full list price.

and they increase my monthly fee on a regular basis

Annually would indeed be regular.

without justification.
