Re: Price increase
We are customers here who help each sim you are not talking to Sky.
From what you have said It sounds like the minimum term on your package has come to and end so the discount you had has now finished. When you took this out you would have been told how long it was going to last for so now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount for the next 24 months if you agree to a new contract.
If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Assuming you mean your contract has 18 months left to run, you took it out in February 2025.
It is likely the annual increase, which for other customers happens in April each year, was deferred for you under the Sky price protection.
I would suggest you read the terms and conditions of the contract you agreed to, it's very unlikely to be fixed price for the whole of the contract!

Re: Price increase
I agree with @Sharcuk . It seems you joined at the time of the annual price increase so the increase in the price was deferred for a few months and has now been applied. Price increases for UK customers are in April so you'll see another one in April 2026. By the way, new minimum term deals are now for 24 months.

Re: Price increase
What's the point in having a contract if they keep putting your prices up?
Doesn't a contract mean a fixed price for the term of the contract?

Re: Price increase
No. The T's and C's you agreed to include reference to the annual price increases which by definition occur every April, and prior to April 2026 you should receive either an email or letter from Sky outlining what yours will be.

Re: Price increase
Obviously I didn't read everything, I was just going by Virgin who didn't increase my prices for the term of the contract.
