Potential new customer

I'm currently with Virgin but want to transfer to SKY but would like to speak to an adviser to find out:

1. How long it will take to set up so I have a smooth transition without any loss of service.

2. I would prefer to speak to an adviser before committing.

Re: Potential new customer

As VM and Sky use completely different infrastructure and as long as you don't want to transfer a phone number then you could have both services up and running and only give VM notice once Sky is installed.

If using the One Touch Switch, your existing service should not be disconnected until the new service is set up.

As for timescales, it will depend on what Sky's partner in your area needs to do at your location.

You'll have to pick up the dog and bone and call the sales team.

@RPG58

The one touch switch only applies to broadband and talk and not TV so it would be up to you to give Virgin the required notice to cancel it.
