I can see this has been posted before but can never see an answer on how to resolve this. I have tried to chat with sky online and was told to call the streaming team. The number only gets me so far and the call fails every single time.
on my account there is a message saying that I haven't paid for my tv streaming and I do not have a streaming service or even a tv with sky.
My bill keeps going up and up every month even though I only have an iPad and it doesn't make any sense. Can someone give me a number or something to get this resolved.

Just a mobile customer, never had a tv or anything with them.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
