Poor service for incorrect billing

Recently upgraded for 2 iPhones, made the purchase by telephone as I needed data information, I was given the wrong information and had to call back. Phones had to be cancelled and reordered to correct the issue. Checked bill but still wrong! Called back and given apology and £10 refund, checked new bill.....still wrong! Messaged directly 7 days ago but no reply. Agents are pleasant but there was is definitely communication issues here, more concerned about scoring high in their following surveys. Probably the worst service I've had from Sky.

Have you checked your future bills to see what they show because if your next bill is due in 14 day or less any changes will apply from the following bill.

Yes, future bills are the same. I have the credit but still being overcharged.
