Trying to sort out sky,

Asked the AI help but that was hopeless.

It asked me how can it help so I sent this message to it.

****Looking at the cost of sky is getting worse, I pay £1.24.99 which as a pensioner is getting hard. I also pay something toward netflix but someone else os using my account and i cannot watch anything or block the people using my acoount. Now i have discovered the i also suppose to have disney plus but i have signed up to disney at a cost of £14.99, is it true that i should have it****
