Phone bill not right

Hi there, 

 

This morning my phone bill has come out and it's not what i expected, i called up sky about a double charge and after the call they took both charges off and one of the charges was in credit. I looked on my phone bill to see that the amount was £72.40 after the charges were taken off but sky has taken £74 out of my direct debit!! 

 

Could someone help as i am confused into why this is

If not was last months bill paid or was it carried over to this month ?

We're just other customers here and cannot see your bills.

 

We can't provide much insight unless the circumstances are explained in more detail.  Like is this a first bill?  (Where the bill can cover a period longer than 1 month)

 

What do future bills show?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
