Pending Payment

Payment has been deducted, however still pending, and the service is restricted. Due family circumstances, I would like to sort this issue as soon as possible, please.

@MMeilutis  I'm afraid you're not talking to Sky customer service, this is a customer helps customer community, if service is restricted it's normally due to a late payment?    If you make a payment over the weekend it won't be processed over the weekend, you will also need to setup a new direct debit.

 

Until payment clears service will remain restricted.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
