Sky mobile is still trying to take payment off me even though I paid my bill nearly 2 weeks ago

@Casey35 You should never make manual payments unless asked to do so by Sky, as per the T&C's you should be paying by card or direct debit, Sky will still take paymnt on the due date even if you make a manual payment so close to the actual payment date.

Has that payment gone onto your account as a credit because if it has then it hasn't paid the bill.
