Payments

I was told last month that my bills would now be £35 as of February but paid £67 would like to speak to an adviser regarding future payments.

As we are customers here you will have to do as did previously and call Sky if your future Sky bills are wrong:

@Lisa19733 check your bill to see if you've been charged for more than a month. It's quite normal, if you've changed your contract because you pay from when you made changes to the end of that month and for the next month in advance.
