Payments
Hi , I have paid my bill for last month but I cannot seem to find my direct debit Date on my app . My last payment came out on the 01/04 but no payment has been attempted this month. Please can you advise my direct debit date ?

What does the bill itself show as it should tell you the date it is going to be taken on or if it has failed for some reason Sky will automatically try to take it again in 10 days time so you do not need to make any manual payments.

Hi , no it hasn't even been attempted to come out of my account but it usually comes out in the 1st of every month.
