Previously paid a bill that was overdue and was done over the phone to sort. Im now getting an email from sky saying theres an overdue payment but when it takes me to my account the balance says £0 to pay? It does say the sky payment was due 28th july but nothing was taken out but does still say its paid and no balance?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it says you owe nothing and that the bill has been paid then that should be that. You didn't say when you paid this bill so the email could be to do with your account before you called Sky.
