@Davidperry111

I wasn't aware you can pay your Sky bill in a Post Office. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

If your services have now been restricted, before Sky reinstate them you will have to pay what is owed and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will need to pay the next bill as well. Any calls to Sky are likely to direct you to make a payment.

If you can’t pay it all in one go you can pay what you want, but until the bill is fully paid Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant (and it takes longer over weekend when banks are closed).

@Davidperry111 Sky have, in the past, allowed customers to pay this way, providing you pay promotly. As you were late paying,  they may now insist that you pay by direct debit or automated card payment before reinstating your services..
