Payment taken twice
My payment was showing as overdue so I made a manual payment as it was due that day and it was late afternoon and it still hadn't come out but I checked again this morning and it has come out again, it's showing the second payment as credit but I would like to get this refunded

Re: Payment taken twice
@Ellie159 You should never be making manual payments unless sky ask as you found it did not stop the normal payment from being collected.
You'll need to call Sky for a refund.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Re: Payment taken twice
I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
Once the original planned payment has been processed a credit should appear on your Sky account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your normal payment method.
