Payment taken twice

Hi Payment has been taken twice for my broadband I pay it manually every month but this time sky have taken the money again, I can see it's been credited but I want it refunded not put on to next months bill.

Because if you do pay it to close to your billing date then Sky will take ot via the payment method you have setup on your account so going forward you don't need to make manual payments.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
