Payment issue

Sky please tell me why i have just paid my bill you have taken the money and you are still telling me to pay the amount again??

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Have you made an unnecessary manual payment?

You are not talking to Sky here as we are customers who help each other so this has happened due to you manually paying the bill when there was no need to as Sky's terms and conditions do state that you must have a payment method set up on your account from which they will take it automatically from you so manually paying it to close to your billing date as you might have done, will not stop this from happening.

 

If you want the payment you made refunded then we can arrange some help on here for you if you can confirm that you see a credit on your account ?

Hi service was restricted so i started process to reinstate i first made the payment it has been taken from my account then set up direct debit then instead of going to reinstate it told me to pay my bill and yhe bill is still showing with amount outstanding and asking me to pay
