Payment holiday

Good morning, I need to take a payment holiday. I've been sent to the payment holiday information but there's nothing there to apply for holiday, just information about it. Hope you cam help me ASAP.

@LisaC1990 as a general rule Sky do not offer payment holidays. The only exception is for equipment like a mobile phone or Glass TV bought on a credit deal.

Payment for services like broadband or tv are not covered. If accounts fall into arrears the service is suspended and only restored when the account is up to date. so while it is a payment holiday of sorts it may not becquite what you want..
