Hi all,
wanted to come to the community before trying the struggles of getting hold of customer service.
So on my bills and payments section in the app it states that I have paid my £84 bill for this month and that they recieved a payment yesterday. But according to my bank account no such payment has been taken.
I want to make sure the bill is paid but don't want to do a manual payment and then have them take the direct debit when I can't afford to pay the same bill twice
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

Okay, what do I do if it doesn't come out today? Am I best to wait a while longer or ring them?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo not make a manual payment. If it hasn't come out by Wednesday by all means give Sky a call but this scenario will occur every month that your billing date falls on a weekend or a bank holiday.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your Sky account t shows as "payment received" then it is because the payment is in the process of being g taken today so your bank account should update either later today or overnight to show it has been taken.
