Paying overdue bill
Is anyone else having issues paying their monthly bill? I'll admit I didn't have enough in my bank account the day the direct debit went out so it went unpaid. The next day I realised what had happened and went online to pay by debit card. Followed the instructions and put in my card details and nothing! It keeps coming up 'review payment' then I get a message saying the payment was unsuccessful! Tried this numerous times and it just won't go through. Tried another card and got the same message.
Tried to use the chat method to sort it out and that just goes round in circles and won't put you through to an actual human!
Tried to call and got a message saying they are busy and to try again later.
I think Sky customer service is absolutely useless. It's almost impossible to get hold of anyone when you need them and the online service is awful. Seriously thinking of leaving Sky

When a direct debit fails Sky will attempt to try it again 10 days later so during this time you do not need to manually pay it as doing so will not stop them from trying to take it again and any payment you make will then go on your account as a credit. They might send you an email stating that this is what they will do.
