Paying bill

I am not going to pay sky anymore so they can take legal action against me but I won't be paying you a penny.

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

That decision is very unwise. Tempting as it might seem cancelling the payment method is definitely not recommended.

 

Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.

If you wish you can give us more detail and we can provide some feedback.

 

But generally it's not a good idea to withhold payment...  (It may impact your credit history too)

Ok, then there's no further help the forum can provide.

 

As an aside, pre-action protocol expects parties to resolve their differences without 'going to court' if at all possible.  Not engaging can lead to higher costs.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
