Payed twice
I've been charged twice. I payed my bill over a week ago and now my monthly payment has been taken out !!! I can't afford to pay twice so how can I get it back ???

Phone and ask for a refund.
You should NEVER pay manually if you have a payment method set up, Sky will always take the payment automatically.
You haven't paid twice, you erroneously paid once and Sky took their payment as agreed by your contract.

@Tysonvolvo never make a manual layment on an account where an automatic payment system is in place. The automatic payment was set up around 14 days before it hit your bank and can't be stopped
The money will be held as a credit on your account and applied against your next bill. If you want the money paid back instread give Sky a call and they can probably arrange thst within a few days.
