Do you have a payment method setup like a credit or debit card or a direct debit on your account because if you do then you do not have to make any payments as your bill wil be taken via it.

If you mean your services are restricted due to a missed payment and you now want to pay the outstanding amount you should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
