Paramount+

Hi, I used to have an account with paramount+ before getting sky, I cancelled the auto renewal as I can get it for free with sky, it's now saying I have an account but I can't access anything, the email address I'm using is for sky is the same as my old paramount account, how do I fix it?

Have you activated it via your Sky account as it isn't clear from what you have said here if you have done this or not ?
