Paramount plus

So been watching paramount plus for year and a half and tonight it decided to log me out.  Tried every way possible to re set and log in.  No re set available,  no email to change password.  Spoke to sky to re set didn't work.  Was told I'd get a call back,  2 hours later nothing. 

Now can't access paramount  !
