I was offered 12 months of Paramount+ free via Sky VIP, I followed the instructions only to find I had been charged £69.99 for the 12 months. I cancelled the subscription straight away (09/08/24) and called Sky next day. I spoke to someone in an Indian call centre, after trying to explain the situation to him, and telling him a number of times the amount was £69.99 and not £6.99! He said he would put a note on my details instructing a refund of £68.00 (it was hard work). I called back a week later to double check that the refund was being processed (it should have taken 7-10 working days) as was assured that all was ok and I would receive my refund. I called last evening, again got through to the call center in India, only to be told that no refund was on the system for me! The payment was taken via Apple Pay, and I cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period. Anyone got any ideas?
