I paid my broadband bill 2 weeks earlier than it was due which showed up as credit then some hours later it shows as 'Payment sent back'. This payment has not come back to my bank account. I have read up and from this i have learned i could be waiting weeks for it. I paid this bill early and now if i dont get that money back my bill will go unpaid as i dont have the funds to replace missing money!!

I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky as it causes issues like you've encountered.
